We have some of the most beautiful scenic walks in Wensleydale from the
doorstep or you can take days trips out to pit yourself against the rigours
of the hills of Ingleborough and Pen-y-ghent or enjoy the majesty of
Malham. All easy access from Heather Cottage.
Prefer touring? Heather cottage is
centrally placed with easy day trip drives to the Lake District in the West,
York to the East and the whole of the Yorkshire Dales national park around
